Overview
Conferences are a large part of how GuildLink markets their products, and there are at least 4 major conferences throughout the year. To enhance our opportunity to communicate with as many potential customers as possible we need a messaging option at our stand that can briefly highlight our current selling points
This messaging option would need to be simple in structure, and easy to edit for future versions. This will give us a level of flexibility, as well as have the opportunity to be able to target our message to a particular audience at every conference.
Challenges
With such a short timeframe and a lack of resources, it would make sense to find a template rather than create it from scratch. Thanks to Envato Elements, there were plenty to chose from, but only a few that would suit our technical needs as well as our brand.
It was important to find a template that had a simple structure yet provided enough interest within each slide to give the presentation the opportunity to be more memorable. If each slide utilised the same movement each message would be lost, and the presentation would feel repetitive and boring.
The moment the project files were opened up in After Effects, it was easy to see that there was a clear order to the sequence of scenes. There needed to be a bit of adjustment to ensure the presentation could be easily updated for future conferences and meetings without being constrained to a certain number of scenes.

Final Product
Each scene is edited in After Effects and exported individually. By controlling the movement of each element within After Effects, each scene can be exported as a seperate file, minimising the amount of time for any last minute changes.
The clips of each scene are then added to a larger sequence within Adobe Premiere to create a consistent pace for each scene depending on the amout of text that the viewer needs to read. At this stage, titles, music, and any other audio can be added to the sequence.

Conclusion
The sequence became a very usable asset for both internal and external audiences. It's an easy way to introduce major selling points of each product and tying it in to the larger business objectives.
The final video was hosted on Vimeo, making it easy to control certain settings for different displays. For example, once the play button is pressed it will continue looping forever. The service also provides a multitude of options for how the video should display, as well as plenty of analytics to get a better understanding of how the sequence is being viewed.
